The Collaborative Institute for Leadership, Policy, & Advocacy

At The Collaborative Institute for Leadership, Policy, & Advocacy, we develop transformative leaders, conduct cutting-edge research, and facilitate global collaboration. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by advancing leadership development, policy analysis, cultural diplomacy, and global engagement. Research conducted by our founder and Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Letisha Malcolm, revealed the critical role of political discourse, hidden ideologies, and power dynamics in shaping public policy and advancing equity within governance systems, particularly for Black people and marginalized communities. By integrating these findings, we offer a framework that addresses the complex relationship between political systems, public policy, and systemic inequalities. Through resources, mentorship, and training, we aim to shape the next generation of leaders committed to driving equitable governance, social change, and sustainable growth.
